A new major update will be available starting 12/19/06.
Here is the list of changes and new features brought by this update:
- New dungeons that will let casual players access rare creatures more easily.
- New items and new monsters.
- New "secured" crafting system, allowing players to control what a craftsman does.
- Craftsman referencing system, which lets craftsmen announce their presence to players, and their location when they are available to practice their profession.
- Revised rune-crafting system.
- New profession specializations.
- Buy/sell assistance system in the auction houses, thanks to average purchase price indicators.
- New chat channels to make selling and group finding easier.
This update will be online on our test server at the end of the week. Most of these features will be testable on this server. In addition, the "disconnection - reconnection" system will be available for a first testing phase on this server.
Players selected for these tests will receive an email with the information needed to connect to the test server. Players are selected based on their seniority and the absence of sanctions associated with their account. Feedback about bugs and issues related to this update should be reported directly to support using the dedicated section.
Another test client containing all the features brought by the next client update will be available early next week.
