Here is the list of additions and changes brought by this new version:

A new area is available for beginner players and for new characters, the Incarnam area. The tutorial has been replaced with a new interactive help system that lets players learn to play while discovering the game. New items and panoplies are also available in this area to let beginner characters more easily equip themselves right from the start of their adventure. A chat channel dedicated to this area, for mutual help between beginners, has been added. Players present outside the Incarnam area can read the channel's messages but cannot post directly, however they can help beginner players by contacting them directly via the private message system.
