The game servers are going to be updated, here is the list of changes made on 02/15/22
1. Technical changes
- This week, we are updating the "Beta" client. As a reminder, to fix keyboard shortcut issues on MacOS "Monterey," we deployed changes available on the "Beta" client, which you can find on the Ankama Launcher. This Beta client will however still connect you to the classic servers. This version will remain in Beta while we make sure no new issues have appeared. This week's version aims to fix the latency issues reported by players on this "Beta" client.
- As we announced in this forum post https://www.dofus.com/fr/forum/1713-ankama-launcher/2368971-fin-login-mot-passe, we have blocked logging into Dofus via the in-game login-password interface. Only logging in via the Ankama Launcher is now possible. - To go along with blocking the in-game login-password connection, 2 changes have been made:
- The connection error message has been updated to provide more understanding and solutions to blocked players
- The choice of connection port has been moved. It is now accessible in the Dofus game settings on the Ankama Launcher. These settings are accessible via the gear icon under the "Play" button on the Ankama Launcher.
2. Miscellaneous
- Added the image of the monster "Ghost of Master Laogwo" to the combat timeline.
