On the starting blocks since the announcement of the big Temporis comeback, kickoff set for April 21. Here are the details of this fifth edition!
Introduction
What are the opening and closing dates? Server opens April 21, 2021. Server closes June 22, 2021.
What are Temporis V's brand-new rewards? Specific achievements let you earn tempotons, which unlock rewards. An exclusive pet that evolves into a mount is distributed as you progress, with a cosmetic version credited on the classic servers at closure. A cosmetic set, titles, cosmetic headgear, and emotes are also available.
What are the specific rules of this fifth Temporis edition? Ecaflip cards are at the heart of this Temporis: obtained as loot from monsters and dungeons, or crafted through professions.
Progression
All the usual sources of experience disappear in favor of a quest-based progression mechanic, where each step invites you to bring back a card matching a level to earn it. Omega levels are not available in this edition.
Equipment and consumables
Most equipment and consumable recipes are disabled. To obtain these items, you need to go to Ecaflip City to play Chinq: place 5 Ecaflip cards on the game mat to get an item, with each combination of 5 cards always giving the same result. New items make their appearance: minoukis, equippable in the second Dofus slot or as trophies, with 2 or 3 effect slots to fill with Ecaflip cards.
What will happen to crafting and gathering professions? Consumables are obtainable via Chinq. Gathering and crafting professions are kept, but most recipes are disabled; specific card recipes are available.
Regarding keys, soul stones, guild gems, alliance gems, mount capture nets? Keys are obtainable from monsters in the matching level range; guild gems, alliance gems, soul stones, and capture nets are available from an NPC.
Regarding trophies, idols, Dofuses? Obtained via Chinq, like standard equipment.
Will the Kolizeum be available? No, because Temporis rules are too different from those of other servers.
Payments and purchases
The transfer service to a classic server is not available; transfers between Temporis servers are free. Class change is only available during the first week after launch. The Kama Exchange is not available.
Shop items purchased in the cosmetic sets/pets/mounts, harnesses, poses, finishing moves, companions, living objects, and autopilot potion categories are re-credited at the end of Temporis. Rental items (sets, pets, mount, harnesses, packs, shields, finishing move, emotes), created specifically for the event at a reduced price, are only retrievable during the opening period (until 06/22/2021) and cannot be transferred afterward.
Pwâk Island is not available on Temporis V.
Server access
Do I need a subscription to enjoy this experience? Yes, only subscribed players can access Temporis.
Is the server in single-account mode? Yes, with the same restrictions as the previous Temporis.
Why pre-register? It's not mandatory, but it lets you reserve your character name, register to play with your friends, enjoy Temporis from the very first moments, and get 10% off the purchase of the Temporis-dedicated subscription pack (released April 6).
At server closure
Characters created on Temporis cannot be transferred to a classic server. An experience potion matching your tempoton progression is credited to the account at the end of the adventure, account-bound, distributed via the gift interface (except on the Ombre, Oto-mustam, and Thanatena servers). Kamas, equipment, professions, and achievements are not transferable.
